This project consists of the addition of a 48-bed skilled nursing program on the second floor of an existing eight-story skilled nursing facility.  The area of renovation includes private and semi-private patient rooms, nurse stations, staff support areas, and residential community support areas. Patient rooms are bright, airy, and colorful, creating a cheerful and uplifting room for patients and visitors.  Common areas include glass walls for light and social visibility. Dramatic interior design elements, such as encased fountains and luminous ceilings, add to the building’s design and patients’ wellbeing.
