To our Community:

As we continue to monitor COVID-19 Pandemic, we wanted to assure our clients and friends that Saltz Michelson Architects (SMA) has taken all necessary steps to put our community first.

  • We have developed a robust, mobile, and connected workforce. We are fully operational. SMA’s Business Continuity Plan technology allows us to look out for our staff and their families by allowing the majority of our team to work remotely, seamlessly, and without any operational interruption.

  • While we prefer to shake hands with our clients, we have encouraged our staff to conduct any meetings, preferably via web/phone conference. We have all the technology available to share files, screens, documents, phone, and/or video conferencing without interfering with the objective of the meeting.

  • Change is constant; we are resilient and agile to adapt to new recommendations and legislation unless otherwise mandated, our offices will remain open with only our essential personnel and a maximum occupancy of 8 employees.

  • We will continue to provide excellent customer service, continue to move forward with our projects, and deliver our obligations without any disruption to the best of our abilities.

The safety and wellness of our community are essential to us. We encourage our staff, clients, friends, and family to follow the safety guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as we do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.

As always, we are here to support our community. We are aware that there is a lot of uncertainty related to this – our objective is to create viable options for our clients, partners and staff to thrive and we are confident in our success.
