A 28,000 SF empowerment center and multipurpose facility that accommodates 60 emergency shelter beds with the flexibility to expand in the future. The goal is to create a welcoming, safe and accessible shelter environment that supports the survivors and their children by meeting their needs for self-reliance, security, and dignity. Design strategies ensured limited visibility and controlled access.
