We welcome vendors and industry partners who would like to share products, materials, or educational presentations with our team. This request form helps us coordinate schedules and connect you with the right internal contacts.

Submit the form/email below with a brief overview of what you’d like to present. If it aligns with our current work and staff availability, we’ll reach out to coordinate a date and time.
Please note: The hours listed below reflect our general availability for Lunch & Learns and product showcases. Actual availability may vary depending on team schedules, meeting space, and other internal commitments.
All requests submitted through the form will be reviewed by an SMA team member. An email confirmation will be sent once your date and time have been approved.
